Hi Guinet, there is no exact IC for hyperparathyroidism, but you can try the following: Calcium Carbonate (IC may help balance calcium in the organism), and alsoย  Vitamin D3ย  Ashwagandhaย ย

Thank you for this clarification but I noted that Ashwagandha is effective for the thyroid. As you know, parathyroids are something else. So does this herb also have an effect on parathyroids?

Guinet, from what I could find: some studies suggest that ashwagandha may be helpful for balancing thyroid hormones. While ashwagandha has not been specifically studied for its effects on the parathyroid glands, some research suggests that it may have a positive effect on bone health by increasing bone density and reducing bone resorption. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3252722/

Guinet, for sleep-related ICs we recommend drinking water 2 times - the first time before dinner and the second time 30-60 minutes before sleep. Drink 50-100 ml of water each time.ย
