This felt good from the start. I was having a bad day after a week of no sun and a few toxic people. I just couldn't get going. I listened to this song at 9 pm(21:00) and drank my.. Happy Water....My mind recalled many things that disturbed  me from a little girl, not serious but  bad enough to trigger sadness. This is helping me so much with my Mast Cell Activation Syndrome! After one week using this and the Histamine Buster, I've gotten off all my OTC antihistamines, and am only using my oral rX occasionally. Whew! And my symptoms are better under control than before! This is what my Dr. was hoping for me : ) Only to need my monthly shot for MCAS and no more extra meds.  (I expect to get to that point within a month.)

Drinking this everyday gives me a good nights sleep with NO leg cramps it is a miracle 

I did this IC for me for testing customized for my own current needs.
It has changed COMPLETELY the operation of the body. I can't exactly tell how.

I also tested when I didn't consume it for a while and the body relapsed.

I tried this once with a charged, earlier generation blue glow pad, and it did not seem to have a subjectively perceptible effect.  Then I discovered by accident that if I used the same glow pad, but had it on charge while creating the IC, it made the complex more powerful and more effective.  I could feel an energy surge after drinking it.  I plan to made imprints while having the glow pad on charge at the same time to see if this increase in energy level produces more effective complexes with other IC's.  

I'm using a Macbook Pro purchased in 2018, so I don't know if the age of the computer has anything to do with it.
