It would be great if instructions for each program advised the location of where our device should be placed eg in a specific place or at least tell you to the options eg recommended position over lung from chest (would placing over lung from on our back also be ok or possibly even better)? It would be great if instructions for each program advised the location of where our device should be placed eg in a specific place or at least tell you to the options eg recommended position over lung from chest (would placing over lung from on our back also be ok or possibly even better)? Considering I had such an intense reaction, would it be a good idea to actually put it over your left lung considering proximity to the heart? Unless you specifically have a left lung issue?

I’m was sleeping and running this respiratory detox after a long list of other programs and had not read to put over lungs and had it over belly button area (covering majority of programs I was running). Interesting it woke me up due to the noise and sensation of air movement below the IC pad at intestine location I’m guessing. It was so intense I had to look it up and shift it to lung area. What would this particular one do to that area?
