ACTIONS:
reduce tension, increase softness and fluidity of spinal cord, fascia, muscle and dura. release fixations in cervical spine. reduce chronic inflammation and increase vitality of spinal cord.
INDICATIONS: cervicalgia, neck stiffness, neck tension, neck tightness, neck pain, chronic neck issues, diminished neck mobility, chronic subluxations, history of whiplash. tense-tight fascia and dura. dural torque affecting neck. yin deficiency.
