Recibí mi IC Pad hace unos 6 días. Desde anoche. Ya no se cargará por completo. La luz roja se enciende durante 5 minutos y luego se apaga. Pensé que aún podría estar cargándose, pero cuando vaya a usarlo. La luz roja parpadea como si la batería estuviera agotada. He probado a usar varios enchufes y pasa lo mismo. ¿Algunas ideas? gracias emma

I received my IC pad around 6 days ago. As of last night. It will no longer fully charge. The red light comes on for 5 minutes and then goes off. I thought it may still be charging but, when I go to use it. The red light flashes as if the battery is dead. I have tried using various plugs and the same thing happens. Any ideas... Ver más
