My IC glow pad hardly works It will make noise but not glow, sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn’t. It is very frustrating. The volume is up and everything is charged fully.

Hi Rosalind, you should not hear a sound from your laptop or Glowing IC Pad when it is connected to your laptop. Please check that the audio cable is fully inserted into the headphone jack of your laptop or phone and you can also try to restart your phone or laptop. Seems like some issue with the audio settings. Please let me know if that helped.

I need to find out what I paid for in the way of music. I signed up last week and the price was $4.95 per month. Angelika Pfeifer, you can try creating a collection and includes needed ICs and complexes in that collection. To create a collection, please go to the Like tab in the catalogue and click "New Collection":
