James Wimbleton , yes, you can use coconut or other oil, like coconut oil, sesame oil, and sunflower oil, which are goog for oil pulling.

Does this recording have a man's voice in it, repeating numbers? Is there more of an explanation? I really think that these descriptions could improve to include more information.
