Alessio Valenti Yes you can. Schussler salts are usually taken on several months period. The potency, 6DH or 3X is up to you. Usually, in homeopathy, the higher is the potency, the stronger is the effect; also some people react differently to some potencies. You can experiment both.

You know what I did… I have one of those head bands that hold back your hair from your face, when you wash or apply moisturizer, etc.
it has a Velcro adjustment, and I just tuck it it that on the back of my head.
It stays pretty safe and secure.

I also have one of those thingies that you can put your phone and keys in that goes around your waist, if you go for a jog/walk that’s works like a charm, for many different PEMFs.
