If you are using an audible IC with headphones, and there is music or external noise in the environment.
Can the IC hearing aids be set to a low volume, or do they need to be turned up until they can be heard through the hearing aids?

MARCO ANTONIO, when using an Audible IC with headphones, the volume does not need to be turned up loudly.

In general, it is best to use a comfortable volume level. If the Audible IC contains audible sounds, tones, or music, it is usually recommended that they remain audible through the headphones, but there is no need to make them loud or overpower background noise.

Gilles Drouin, for the meantime, the app doesn't support remote treatment. But you can still use remote treatment feature by opening Infopathy trough your phone browser like Chrome.
