Not sure what's going on with the glow pad. It's not transferring. It's fully charged and Ive tried on 2 devices.
I'm wondering if there's something wrong with it as this often happens....Any advice?

Suzanna, do you use audio cable connection or bluetooth? If audio cable connection, do you use audio cable adapter or your phone has headphone connector?
Just in case, please check that sound volume is set to maximum level after stating the transfer.

Anthon, Thank you. The question is what strength is used for the actual frequency. Just one for example when has 2 minutes like say fringed violet. So for any minutes what is the strength used. Hope that makes sense. 20x, 30x, 40x, 50x? Thanks.

Bob Hibshman, the longer you imprint the more potent it gets. Initially strength increases linearly and after 1 hour of imprinting it get to plateau.
