Hi Shilesh, you can imprint a bottle of water and drink it during the day. You can also drink half of the bottle, add more water, shake it, drink half of the bottle again and repeat this procedure for 3 days: https://www.infopathy.com/en/tutorials/for_users?show=instructions_1
