Iโ€™m new.  Just got my IC glow pad this evening.  Iโ€™m curious, Iโ€™ve read quite a bit of info on here but I donโ€™t see any guidelines as to how often or how long one should continue using an IC, PEMF or Rife.  Are there guidelines?

I am not overweight but I use this if I eat a meal loaded with fat. It seems to give me a lot of energy instead of feeling that dreaded  'food coma".

simple  question, when imprinting  PEMF S on the pad, the light is flashing blue.  Is  there supposed to be sound going on at the same time to imprint the frequency?  Or is it fine that I can't hear any sound transferring over to the pad.

Hi Christina, it is normal, Glowing IC Pad does not produce any sound. It transforms the audio signal from a computer/phone into magnetic waves and light.
