Hi Anton, this product is amazing! I just started to take it in water and this morning I ran 8 km in 40 min and this didn't happened in years. I have a few questions: - how many IC's can we associate? - can I take the superfood and the digestive complex together every day? - can I add the Let go and the Night progesterone patch for woman ? - how often and how long you recommend them to be taken?

Hi Rucsandra, thank you very much for your feedback, it is very much appreciated! If such a large complex was good for you, then you can create similar large complexes. (For beginners we recommend having up to 6 ICs in one complex). At the same time, we suggest focusing on 3 different health goals and using complexes for those goals. Anton SF Hello, is it possible to use a bottle (the one sold in stores on the site), and to print it successively with several complexes or CIs, in order to drink this informed water throughout the day? Or, is it better to print each complex on a different water and drink it as you go and each complex one by one? Thank you very much and good day. Sophie

sophie morin, you need to imprint all ICs you want into one water bottle as a complex. If you imprint one complex into water and later another complex, it will partially override first one. You need to imprint 2 bottles of water or create one complex that will include all ICs from both complexes.ย
