Karin Nägele , any Audible ICs can also be applied directly to the body using an IC Pad.

Anton SF oh wow any audible ? I did not know this! Are they less effective this way? can they be added to a complex with PEMF and run at the same time?

Darryl Roberts, thank you for your question, actually most - brain waves (binaural beats) should be still listened with headphones or stereo speakers.
You can combine them with PEMF. It would be better to use PEMF/Audible complexes in one-by-one mode, or if up to 3 such ICs in one complexes, you can still do all in once.

Anton SF Totally makes sense on the binaural beats. But the other audibles that deal with conditions or organs etc. They still work on the body like the PEMF ones?

Isabelle Nagel, yes, you can apply it to face, and yes, better to close eyes or even apply IC Pad through fabric.

Is the sternum the preferred place to place the glow pad when using PEMF and does it need to be on skin or as close to skin as possible?

Darryl Roberts, for ICs that are specific to some area or organ it is better to apply ICs directly there. General ICs better to apply to sternum or stomach. You can apply IC Pad through clothes, but the closer the better.
