This one is challenging in that it hits me as a bit scary and chaotic, almost like a fever dream. And that of course is entirely subjective. I listened to it after dinner. I feel relaxed, calmer but can’t say that I got an immediate hit towards better, like some of Daniels other audibles. I don’t think I would listen to this one again, because of the scary and chaos it stirs up in me
