Dear Carla Mader, I checked libraries and could not find frequencies for dyspnea yet. But you can try these:

I have been unable to sleep for more than 6 hours or past 6AM for months, and also having a hard time falling asleep for reasons unknown. The first time I used this I fell asleep easily and am slept for 8,5 hrs!
