Block Therapy has a mini intro course to sample their work, for under $10. Highly recommend.
Itโs 7 or 10 (canโt recall) instruction modules which are honestly life changing, done just with a rolled up towel. No need to buy their block, though Iโm sure itโs excellent.

Melt Method is a great way to start if you've been in chronic pain and are highly sensitive! Its a gentler approach to releasing fascia in an effective way. I have block therapy blocks but cant use them.
