Hello Daniel, my first vaccination with Biontec was on May 1st. The date for the second vaccination is on June 2nd. When should I start using the Pempf? Is the pad placed on the sternum? Kind regards Reinhild

Hi Peter, there should be same effect if using Glowing IC Pad for 2 minutes and IC Hummer for 4 minutes.
