Interesting- it did not feel good to me- but I don’t find myself in fear or stress much. Timing was off for me, especially with breathing. It is good to see that many people respond well to this- my clients are probably not like me!!

Interesante; no me sentó bien, pero no suelo sentir miedo ni estrés. El ritmo no me favoreció, sobre todo con la respiración. Me alegra ver que a mucha gente le va bien; ¡mis clientes probablemente no son como yo!
