Hi Suzanne, this complex includes one PEMF IC that is 15 minutes long, therefore total lenght is 15 minutes.

Jonathan Roseland, I haven't really given any of the back pain PEMFs a fair try because I've only used the original IC Pad with them, not my Hummer or GlowPad. Neither are popular around others. The one I'm using most frequently now is the Backache Rife. It definitely dulls the pain but the effects are only temporary so far.
