Anton, is there a reason that there are so few nootropics/smart drugs? Maybe worry over regulation? I know we talked about this about a year ago, my Facebook post asking about it got some attention, and I see a few on the Desires list. Stuff like the racetams, bromantane, nicotine, modafinil, etc.
