I've been doing this every day after lunch and I get into a very deep state of relaxation. Is this something I can listen to before bed to help me sleep? Thanks in advance!

Ron , I use it for the full 20 minutes every day after I eat and it is helping tremendously!

Hey Ron! I use it for the full 20 minutes once a day after I eat. It puts me into a deep state of relaxation every time.
