I have restless leg syndrome. When they diagnosed me they prescribed antidepressants. I refused to take any meds. I started taking good quality iron and that did it for 5 years. Then, one day the symptoms were not improving one night (even tho i had taken my iron in the morning as i did religiously) and my internal infinitely wise body just told me to take magnesium. I had a fancy form of it which was this one (Magnesium L-Threonate) liposomal. The symptoms went away after 20 min. I decided it was not only the iron BUT also and maybe even more importantly it was the magnesium especially Magnesium L-Threonate. It’s been 1 year since that discovery, and i ran out of the supplement and started using the frequencies…. I get the same results. The RLS subsides after about 6 rounds of this magnesium. I have also replaced the iron in the morning to frequencies. I have been at it for 3 months (JUST using frequencies, when in the past skipping an iron pill two days would give me VERY strong symptoms). Thank you Anton and the entire infopathy community.
