Hello, I can not get the muscle testing chart to open. It just spins and doesn't load. I tried on various browsers and no luck

Das 2. Glowpad funktioniert nur am laptop verbunden mit einem Audiokabel, allerdings ohne Licht/Tonsignal, das Programm läuft jedoch

Barbara Prucha-Graber, during transfer there should be light coming from the GlowPad. Please try the following:
1) Charge IC Pad for about 2 hours using a USB cable and charger. If there is no yellow light during the charging, please try using a different charging USB cable (it is called a micro-USB cable).
2) Make sure the audio volume on your computer or phone is set to maximum level... Zobacz więcej

any tips on getting the muscle testing feature to work? i can choose a body system but then it just sits and spins, does not bring up the charts to muscle test. is there a browser setting i need to chsnge?
