Is it ok to do this, or is it more effective to treat 2oz servings and immediately drink those 3 times a day so that I’m fully drinking it all right after it’s treated? If I’m carrying around the full 24oz bottle all day it’s of course getting a little agitated, so I’m wondering if that affects the efficacy?
After treating a full 24oz IC capsule, can it then be poured into a stainless steel water bottle? Or does pouring it upset the new structure you just obtained?
If I’m driving with my water bottle in the cup holder of my car, do I have to worry about vibrations from the car messing up the structure of the treated water?

Yes, you can pour water into a stainless steel bottle after imprinting it.
Vibrations or shaking water after imprinting is okay.
