Hi, happy to have received the glowing pad. I linked the pad to my computer and put a bottle on the pad and choose an imprint. Should the 'lights' of the pad shine while I transfer, as for now it does not. Guess it has to do with bluetooth that is activated on my Mac. Thank you

Birgitta, after connecting Glow Pad 3 to a Mac via Bluetooth please check the Sound settings, "Infopathy GlowPad" should be selected and also volume is above 0:

Anton SF das kann es nicht sein, da andere IC problemlos funktionieren 🤷🏻‍♀️ (sorry, hätte ich gleich schreiben sollen).
Das Video hilft mir leider nicht, da ich solche einstellungen auf menem Desktop auch gar nicht habe (ich habe 2 unterschiedliche Buchsen - line-in und line-out, weshalb ich keine Software dafür habe)

Mit iPhone und BT geht es :)

EvitaK, thank you for letting me know it works with other ICs. Then all setup is correct, just need to make sure the audio volume is at maximum level. Seems this IC has lower intensity on its own. We made adjustments, please try again.

es hat sich auf dem Desktop nichts geändert. Es funktioniert aber mit Kabel auf dem iPad. Mir fiel auch auf, dass ein Ton aus Youtube Video keinen Lichtsignal erzeugt - das war bei v2 anders. Es ist wohl iwas mit dem PC, ich weiss aber nicht was, und warum andere IC dann doch funktionieren :D

Zum glück habe ich 2 Workarounds (ipad und BT) :)

EvitaK, it seems PC does not produce enough intensity signal. In new model, we redesigned how the signal is amplified, if you could make that start working at low intensity, then at stronger intensity it would be distorted (part of the wave would be cut), so overall new GlowPad produces a cleaner signal.
Also, ICs spectrums are different and that also affects.
