I was just introduced to infopathy and before I purchase the tech and subscription I thought I would find out some particulars, however, the website has no answers to my questions. If someone from customer support could / please answer these questions:

2. Is the battery in the Hummer and glowing pad replaceable once the battery can no longer hold a charge? If so what type of battery, please.
3. What is the predicted lifespan of the battery for the 2 devices?

1. IC Hummer has USB-C charging cable, but when using ICs, you need to connect to your phone/laptop via Bluetooth. Glowing IC Pad has micro-USB charging cable and connects to your phone/laptop via an audio cable (AUX).
2. Batteries are not replaceable, battery manufacturer specifies that the battery is good for around 500 recharges.

3. For IC Hummer 1-3 hours. Depends on IC and audio volume you set. You need to set the audio volume at 80% or if IC Hummer gets hot when using a particular IC, you need to lower the volume to 50% or lower.
Glowing IC Pad lasts about 5 hours on one charge.
