How often could I use this? And for how long time should I set the settings?

Eva, for the Cataract IC, since it’s an audible IC, the duration is already built into the track — it’s 20 minutes, so you can simply listen to it from start to finish.

How often to use it:

Once daily is a good starting point
You can increase to 2 times per day if it feels comfortable

Infopathy Team Thanks for your answer! I will start with once a day then and maybe twice also. Would really want to avoid operation. I wonder if it helped anyone? Haven't found anyone telling about it..
