Cannabis, it seems, depletes Vitamin E, and this is what causes most of its side effects. A way to remove these side effects is to use a good vitamin E product like the IC "Mixed Toco-Vit E". I found cannabis to be very energizing when taken with Mixed Toco-Vit E.

Sherah I think both the IC and the plant deplete Vitamin E, but I only have experience with the IC.

I use it to prevent and limit the problems that gluten can cause to the intestine, I am not celiac but I can say that since I have been using this imprint my digestion has improved

Alexandre Livre , you can use alcohol up to 50% vol for imprinting. You can also imprint glycerin directly or dilute with water if you find glycerin is too thick to use on its own.
Imprint for both will last for 30 days.
