Dear Anton, I would be very happy if you could download Daniel's music and listen to it offline. I don't have very good reception here in the village and every time I try to hear a frequency melody in full, the connection breaks and loads and loads :-( I bought three melodies back then before I registered here....unfortunately the sleep song doesn't fit with morning training and the progesterone song... Can anyone recommend any cream to inprint? I would really want a natural, clean cream ☺️ does it work as good to use a gel?

Carolina Reichel, for imprinting ICs onto a base, natural and clean options like aloe vera gel, shea butter, or organic virgin coconut oil are ideal. These substances are free from synthetic additives. Gels work well, but thicker creams may hold the imprints longer. To maintain potency, store the imprinted product in a cool, dark place away from electronics.

Carolina Reichel, no worries, all questions are welcomed :)
1. water is most studied medium for imprinting. Overall medium would hold different ICs same way, medium does not know what kind of information it corresponds. But delivery would be different based on medium, so it may increase effect if you choose medium that increases absorption. Please see in the end mediums and types of ICs*.

2. When using method 1, we recommend drinking water at least 3 times a day, at least 2oz (50ml) each time.

3. Yes, you can put drops directly under the tongue, but it might feel too salty. You can also use oil drops instead.

Water: General health, vitamins, minerals, detox, hydration ICs | Water is universally compatible, easy to drink, and rapidly absorbed by the body. Suitable for ICs meant to support systemic functions, hydration, and nutrient delivery.

Creams/Lotions: Hormones (e.g., estrogen, progesterone), localized pain relief, skin conditions, anti-inflammatory ICs | Creams can be applied topically and absorbed transdermally. This method is ideal for localized delivery.

Oils: Hormonal support (e.g., testosterone, thyroid), fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), neurological support | Oils enhance absorption under the tongue. Effective for ICs requiring fast action.

Gels: Joint pain relief, muscle soreness, skin conditions, lymphatic support | Gels spread easily and are ideal for applying ICs locally over larger areas like muscles or joints.

Alcohol-Based Sprays: Antiseptic ICs, quick stress relief (e.g., calming ICs), respiratory support | Alcohol can enhance delivery through skin or nasal membranes, ideal for quick absorption or surface-level applications.

Hydrogels: Deep hydration ICs, skincare, wound healing | Hydrogels retain moisture and release ICs gradually, great for skincare or hydrating applications.

Saline Solution: Eye health ICs, sinus health, wound cleaning | Saline is gentle and bio-compatible for sensitive areas like eyes or nasal passages.

Sugar-Based Syrups: vitamins, immune support ICs | Syrups are palatable and can be used to deliver ICs effectively to children or those with taste sensitivities.

Powders (Rehydrated): Athletic recovery, energy ICs, hydration ICs | Powders can be rehydrated and are portable, making them ideal for on-the-go applications.
