Sandra Kunkelmann , a simple way to think about the modes is:

Imprint mode → for imprinting water, creams, oils, and also stickers
Apply to body mode (some call it PEMF mode) → for direct body sessions

Any types of ICs can be used in both modes.

Best I understand holograms and water use the blue light. PEMFs use the red. If you have both in a complex there is a choice of mixing the blue and red.

Hey, I was wondering, and I know a lot of the answers in the comment section you guys give say cycling doesn't matter. But let's say I am using Growth Hormone for example and it either encourages my pituitary to create more GH or my body recognizes it as an exogenous substance and adapts accordingly. Would that mean I would I have to cycle off in both cases?

Kaden Landa, great question - and you’re thinking about this in a very thoughtful way.

What you’re describing (feedback loops, pituitary adaptation, cycling) is absolutely valid in a biochemical context. With actual substances, the body can downregulate or adapt, which is why cycling is often necessary.
