Hello, I used this frequency on myself; I only got vaccinated because of the ubiquitous pressure, not out of conviction. Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, Thanks! Trouble is the hydrogen bubbles to dissipate pretty quickly. Generally speaking you want to have drunk the liquid within 2 minutes. That said - I will try both ways and let you know how I go.

Doc Steve, Devices tend to have a very poor ppm compared to tablets. In fact I doubt there is anything as good as tablets. I'll be very interested to see if I feel anything when I do try it.

Alice Jerahian, B.Sc, MEd, better first to prepare hydrogen water with a tablet and after do the imprinting. But overall if you make hydrogen water with a tablet or some other way, I would suggest drinking that water without imprinting - because water will lose the hydrogen while you do the imprinting. Imprint just regular water.

Alice Jerahian, B.Sc, MEd, you can do some water enhancements, like vortexing, adding minerals, etc, that should be done first and then imprinting. We don't recommend doing anything with water after imprinting, only drinking it.
