HI Anton-following up on this answer from yestereday: 6) Include up to 6 ICs into your imprint complex. At least when you start, later you can try including more ICs into one complex and see how it works for you. Including too many ICs in one complex may result in no effect at all, as the body will not be able to process it.

Lemon would reduce water pH and it overall it is better for water to have higher pH for Imprint storage, for example by adding minerals (but just a little bit, too many minerals not good for body).
Higher effectiveness mostly achieved by imprinting for longer time (add more repeats) and drinking water for frequently. And as a basis you should of course use good quality water, shake it before imprinting and you can also expose it to infrared light and magnets before imprinting.
