This was a trial for me. Iโ€™ve use the IC circuit for about 4 to 5 months. I do not any serious health conditions but do have anxiety which at times raises my blood pressure. I have found that my body is much more relaxed and my anxiety level has gone down. I also use the Lourdes of water and I believe in the power of her spirit which has been very beneficial to me. I am ready to upgrade..just not sure which one. Any advice on that would be helpful.

After extending my recent travels, I ran out of my high blood pressure medicine. I got caught up in things and didn't get a refill. It was over 1.5 weeks without my medicine. I woke this morning and felt horrible. I had a massive migraine and literally felt like I was dying inside. Hi Gustavo, we recommend to take same IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50 ml of water each time.
