I experienced intense lower back pain after a series of trauma meditations with neurovizr. Nothing would shift it, finall this IC cured it. It took quite a few loops of listening to it.

This felt good from the start. I was having a bad day after a week of no sun and a few toxic people. I just couldn't get going. I listened to this song at 9 pm(21:00) and drank my.. Happy Water....My mind recalled many things that disturbed  me from a little girl, not serious but  bad enough to trigger sadness. I imagined them all being cast down a mountain and I felt free...NOW.. I want to do so much but it's late. Hope this lasts until tomorrow

I love to use  this after a bad dream, bad memory surfacing, or an encounter with someone toxic or just bad news about someone dying etc. It restores balance. Good job!

I've been recommended this song for my FND and C-PTSD. I have dizziness, pain and spasms in my back and neck as a result.   Can I use it the same day I have Osteopathy, Reiki or Physio?  Sometimes I have multiple therapies in a day, can I use it on those days too.  I'm sensitive and don't want to overdo it, but am new to this and not sure how it works. Thank you in advance.

Sorry, I sent this twice. Is there anything that can be used for a Baker's cyst? I haven't found anything on that.
