Mastic gum extract is traditionally used to help support both digestive and oral health. It is often chosen to help with upper digestive discomfort such as dyspepsia, mild gastritis, and peptic ulcer–like symptoms, and as adjunctive support in situations associated with Helicobacter pylori.

In oral care, mastic gum may help maintain fresh breath, support healthy gums, and reduce dental plaque. Thanks to its gentle antimicrobial and soothing properties, it may help support mucosal integrity in the mouth and upper gastrointestinal tract and may also contribute to healthy lipid metabolism and liver function.
