Zeolites are a group of hydrated alkali-aluminum silicate molecules with a unique honeycomb-like crystalline structure that has been shown to be beneficial to health. There are about 40 naturally occurring zeolites that are formed in both volcanic and sedimentary rocks, with clinoptilolite being the most common.
