A special New Year Audible IC for 2026, created as a simple “reset” you can come back to any time. It’s built around a 20:26 structure (20 minutes, 26 seconds) and includes a subtle 202.6 Hz signature tone as a little nod to the year.

The session starts grounded and steady, then gently brightens and settles into calm focus — clear, smooth, and not overly stimulating. Great for a morning reset, journaling, planning, or when you want your mind to feel quieter and more organised.

How to use: play at a comfortable low volume with headphones or speakers while you’re sitting or relaxing. Not for use while driving. Use once daily for the first week of 2026, then anytime you want a reset.
