Marc Richter, the dose is 250ml-2 liters per day per IC. This was used as the dosage in the studies.

Hi Isabella, yes, you can use Audible ICs with IC Pad as well - the same way how PEMF ICs are used.

Hi Johara, for PEMF ICs please apply the device directly to the target area. We recommend using the same PEMF or Audible ICs 1-2 times every day.
