Sabine, we had to add this additional security measure temporary to protect the website. It should be asking now more rare and app should be working again. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Is it possible to imprint the Information of documents on water, crystals etc. somehow with the IC Pad?

Fabian , you can record your voice saying those words on your phone. Then playback in a loop (2-12 minutes) recording while GlowPad is connected - place water or crystals on the GlowPad.

Hello, I've been reading and rereading the functions of the IC pad 3 lights and I feel like I haven't understood them well since I've only been using the combination lights since I bought it.

Hélène, here's what the lights do:

Red light – good for circulation, reducing inflammation, tissue healing → use for pain, recovery, skin repair.
Blue light – antimicrobial, calming → use for skin issues, relaxation, calming the mind.
Infrared light – penetrates deep into muscles/joints → use for deep pain, muscle/joint recovery.
