Hi Beatriz, you don't need to use suction cups. They can be used if you need to attach IC Hummer to some flat glass surface, for example, aquarium.

Hi Nathalie, yes, it can be applied directly to the skin. We recommend using the same PEMF IC 1-2 times every day. Use it for 10 days and then more if needed.
