Is there a possibility to ass 0.1 hertz to the mix? According to Gregg Bradden this frequency harmonizes heart and brain.

With regard to adding 9 cups full concentration IC and top it up to 5gal bucket, the instructions provided are based on what I did during my experiments . In theory, even say with 1 cup or 3 cups of IC mixed in 5 gal water will still yield same positive results
