If the lights go off but it does not turn off is it still working? My unit has never been reliable . I do not find the software stable.

Marcelina martin, please try using Chrome or Brave browser instead of Safari. Try not to use other apps on your phone while IC transfer and keep phone close to GlowPad if using Bluetooth.ย 
If lights goes off during transfer it means transfer is paused/interrupted.ย

that could mean the gadget battery is dead, or the bluetooth isn't connected to the gadget...thats all I know so far

Which IC can I use if the scar is so sensitive to pressure that I can't put on a shoe? It's located on the shinbone near the tibialis anterior tendon between the instep and the lower shinbone.
