Gave this to a client of mine who was visiting me for some advice after she had been constipated for 4 days.  She had a bowel movement just 2 hours later.

Couple of question for you.ย  How many times a day should or can I use this complex?
If I'm imprinting and drinking as soon as it's done, is there a specific amount of water I should use? ย 
And is it the same amount for all IC's and Complexes if I'm drinking as soon as it imprints or do certain IC's and Complexes need different amounts of water?

Lon Allen, we recommend using the same imprint IC or Complex at least 3 times a day, drinking at least 50ml (2oz) of water each time. You can imprint a bottle of regular water and drink it for 3 days, it will be more convenient than imprinting 3 times a day.ย ย

Anton SF there EMS etc. everywhere. Is: does the printed amount of water in a pollutant-free plastic bottle last 3 days undamaged without additional protection?

Angelika Pfeifer, yes, that and regular plastic bottles would hold imprint for 3 days. Plastic and glass does not shield from smog EMF, therefore we recommend to store water at least 1 meter away from electromagnetic field sources.ย

Iโ€™ve been sub clinical with hypothyroidism Hashimotos since 2017, have never been prescribed anything to treat it, Usually my TSH is between 4 and 5. Iโ€™ve been using this programme for the last three weeks, twice a day and when I had a blood test this week, my TSH had gone down to 3, so now not considered to have hypothyroidism anymore! ย Iโ€™m over the moon. Thank you!ย
