Kate, thanks for sharing this - and itโ€™s really encouraging that you had 3 good cycles already. Thatโ€™s a strong sign your original approach was working.

Before changing too much, it may be worth asking: did anything shift before the last cycle? (stress, sleep, travel, emotional load, etc.)
Even small changes can influence a cycle.

Infopathy Teamย thank you very much! I did travel between the good and the bad cycle, and I also didn't do my usual daily sunbaking consistently. I'm much better all over with daily sunbaking. I'll try the 1 or 2 days off with the original complex and see how that goes. Thanks again for your insights!ย

I have a cattle dog with a collapsed microbiome and she is so itchy from internal drivers.  What can I so for her while we continue to work on her detox and gut? /
