Hi Karl, please let me know what phone do you use? If you start transfer without transfer device being connected, does sound stops as well in a few seconds?

Anton Sheikh-Fedorenko, yes it works without glow pad connected First time I can hear the audio. When glow pad connected it stops glowing after 3-6 seconds but the transfer (imprint) continues. Iโm using an iPhone 7 15 iOS . The glow pad works fine when my wife uses it on her iPhone 6 using her own account. I usually can get it to whole after 4 or 5 attempts of logging in and out and clearing history. Just very frustrating when in a hurry.
