And to clarify, I realize now that spironolactone is not currently an offered IC -- however, that was just an example for the general question I am asking. Thank you in advance for any clarity you can provide on understanding how to think about side effects when choosing ICs.

I am wondering this in general. Also, in particular, I'm thinking of spironolactone. I want it to block androgenic receptivity but I don't want the "side effect " of it blocking receptivity of other hormones. How should I think about this?
