I started using a new Android phone and when I connect my glow pad now, the blue and red LEDs only light up for a second and do not light up again while transferring. What should I do? If I need to reset the device, please explain how.

I am not sure if this is where I would ask. New owner of Glow Pad. I have a dog with CUPS (canine ulcerative periodontal Syndrome) It is an autoimmune and I believe he got it from Heavy metal overload. Any suggestions beside a Heavy mental detox?

ย james , yes it is okay, but not needed - 1 teaspoon of sea, Celtic, or Himalayan salt in 200 mL of still water is recommended. If you put a bit more, that is okay.ย
