Hello, I tried to remove a blackhead on my face with my fingers, but by pressing too hard, it created a cyst. What kind of cleanser should I use? Thank you.

Persillon ,ย  If what formed is a tender, inflamed bump after squeezing a blackhead, it may be an inflamed acne nodule/cyst rather than a true cyst. The most important thing right now is to avoid further squeezing, as that can push debris deeper and increase inflammation and scarring.ย
ย
A gentle cleanser is usually best while the area is healing.
Additional tips:
  • ย Warm compresses for 5โ€“10 minutes, 2โ€“3 times... See more

I compiled a list of remedies for cold sores: herpes, vaccinotoxin, and immune system support. However, the audio version was sent instead of the printed list. Why? Please explain!

Silvia Ettl, do you mean you hear sound instead of your GlowPad lighting up? Please try troubleshooting here:ย https://www.infopathy.com/en/troubleshoot
Please let me know if that worked. Thank you!

ย Vittorio Bertolazzi, place the Glow Pad directly over the affected facet joint area of the spine (neck, mid-back, or lower back, depending on where the restriction is). For best results, position it as close as possible to the area of pain, stiffness, or restricted movement. You can also move the pad slightly around the area during different sessions if needed.ย
