sorry one more question - if i did a tincture for someone, can put multiple ICs into one bottle to last 30 days, or is it better to imprint each one separately? Thanks

peggy hinds, yes, you can imprint multiple ICs into the same bottle as long as you imprint them all at once, as a complex, not one-by-one.ย

Hey Peggy I know you can put multiple frequencies into a tincture - I think they recommend up to 6 only tho - hope that helps

This had an immediate effect on me. I wasn't actually sure if this IC was the best one to use, but thought I'd try it, and used it as an PEMF, placing it on my chest. Within seconds, I felt a weight lift off my chest and breathing seemed easier and deeper. Thank you so much.

Most often it enhances my sleep and  promotes dreaming. I usually take just before bedtime but I believe it works better if I take it about 1/2 hour before bedtime.
